Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Had a Live Worm Inside

On August 6, 2025, I purchased a three-pack of 37.5-gram Ferrero Rocher chocolates through Migros Online Market in the Çeşme area of Izmir. Today, when I offered one of the chocolates to a guest, I discovered a live worm inside the chocolate. This was an extremely disturbing and disgusting experience from a food safety standpoint.

As a result of this incident, my trust in the Ferrero Rocher brand has been seriously damaged. I request that the company conduct a thorough investigation into its production and quality control processes and take the necessary action regarding this product.

Due to the hygiene and potential health risk involved, I request a full refund for the Ferrero Rocher product I purchased.
