Tom Ford Noir Extreme Fails to Meet Longevity Expectations
Approximately two weeks ago, I purchased a Tom Ford Noir Extreme fragrance from the Boyner store at Prime Mall in İskenderun and paid more than $248 for the product. Before purchasing it, I specifically asked about its longevity, and I was told that the fragrance would last for an entire day. I even stated, “If it does not last, I will return it,” and the sales representative at the store accepted this and reassured me.
When I started using the fragrance, I noticed that the scent lasted for only about one hour on my skin at most. Because of this, I returned to the same store just two days later, explained the problem, and requested a return. However, I was told that they would not accept the return and that they could only send the product for testing. After the test, I was informed that the product was authentic, and my return request was rejected on that basis.
I purchased this fragrance because the sales representative specifically praised its longevity and presented it to me in a way that gave me confidence that it would meet my expectations. I was also reassured that I would be assisted if I experienced any problems. Despite these verbal assurances, I do not believe it is appropriate to reject my return request without properly considering my dissatisfaction and the fact that the fragrance's performance is far below what was represented to me at the time of purchase.
Since the product clearly does not meet the longevity expectations communicated by the salesperson when I purchased it, I request that Boyner assist me with returning the fragrance and, if possible, provide a full refund or exchange it for a different product. I expect my complaint to be evaluated fairly and a satisfactory solution to be provided.
