UPS Hasn’t Completed My Return for a Month—No Updates or Support Provided
It has been over a month since I initiated the return of my international shipment with tracking number 1ZAV3783D996775887 via UPS Türkiye, and the return still hasn’t been completed.
The seller I purchased the item from confirmed that they have not received any return request from UPS. I’ve received no communication or status updates from UPS regarding the delay. I had to call multiple times myself, and every time, I was given vague answers and told to just wait seven business days—which has long passed with no progress whatsoever. I even went to the UPS Türkiye office, but they told me there was nothing they could do. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
