Hello, I'm writing to say that I'm not happy with the service that UPS Turkey has given me. The last four numbers of my tracking number are 0813. My package arrived in the country on February 6, 2023, but I still haven't gotten it. I have called their customer service line at 0850 255 00 66 many times, but I haven't gotten any answers. Even though I sent the required documents twice to "[email protected]," the import departments haven't replied to their customer service departments. I also paid a fee of 34.41 USD, but I feel like a world-class company is treating me with carelessness and indifference. This kind of thing can't keep happening, and I need a quick fix to my problem. I hope UPS Turkey does something right away to fix this problem and make their service better for future customers.
