Shortmax Charges Me After I Canceled Subscription in Minutes

On December 27, 2025, I subscribed to a Shortmax membership. Even though I canceled the subscription about 10 minutes later, 420 TL was charged to me, and this amount has not been refunded.

Although I have the receipt/document showing that the payment was taken, I cannot reach Shortmax customer representatives through any channel and am unable to get support. Despite canceling the subscription so quickly, I do not accept being charged and not receiving a refund.

I request that Shortmax refund the 420 TL subscription charge to me as soon as possible and call me by phone to inform me about this process.
