Shortmax Innovations Charges My Card After Subscription Cancellation

I purchased a VIP membership once through Shortmax Innovations via the Google Play Store. Afterward, I canceled the membership and disabled all subscriptions, yet charges continued to be deducted without my consent. On December 9 and December 15, my card was charged $19.99 each time, for a total of two unauthorized charges, and I am still being asked for renewal payments.

Because of this situation, I contacted Shortmax Innovations and provided my bank transaction records as proof, but despite this, I have received no response, and the issue has not been resolved. Being charged without my knowledge and being unable to reach a responsible party has further increased my inconvenience.

I request a full refund of all unauthorized charges and that my VIP membership/subscription be permanently terminated in the system. I ask that this matter be reviewed urgently and that I be contacted as soon as possible.
