My parcel with the tracking number 1Z23W5610486859649 has not been delivered to me for over a month. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service at Türkiye UPS and send emails to the provided email addresses, I have not received any response. The shipment arrived from the United States to Turkey in just 6 days, but unfortunately, it has not been delivered to an address in Istanbul for 40 days. The lack of response and the failure to address my requests and updates have demonstrated how insensitive Turkey UPS is to customer claims. I have requested the urgent delivery of the package, but I have not received any response, whether positive or negative. Turkey UPS, I invite you to do your job. Please deliver the shipment to me as soon as possible. Regards
