Shortmax Won’t Let Me Cancel Recurring Weekly Subscription

I subscribed to a weekly subscription in the Shortmax app. However, the subscription has automatically renewed itself, and my card has been charged three times in a row. Even though I noticed the charges on the same day they were made, I was unable to cancel the subscription myself.
The payments are being deducted from my debit card, and the most recent charge was about 800 TL. When I spoke with my bank about this, the only solution offered was to cancel my card and get a new one. I do not want to take that route because it is inconvenient and I have other automatic payments tied to that card.
I request that my Shortmax subscription be canceled immediately and that no further renewal fees or any other charges be deducted from my card.
