On August 11, 2025, I was expecting a package shipped by Altınyıldız through UPS Turkey, with tracking number 1Z892ER96804690367, to be delivered to me via the İzmir Bornova branch. However, even after four full days, my package has still not been delivered. Despite the fact that I was at home and there is also a building attendant available, I kept receiving false status updates saying, “We came but could not find you.”
I contacted UPS headquarters four separate times, and each time I was told that a case was opened and the issue was forwarded to the local branch. Still, I never received any follow-up call, explanation, or solution. The complete lack of accountability from both the branch and central support is unacceptable.
UPS heavily promotes its “fast and reliable delivery” in advertisements, but what I have experienced is the opposite: days of waiting, misleading delivery messages, and unresponsive customer service.
I urgently request that my package be delivered to my address immediately and that UPS improve its communication and service quality. I expect this issue to be resolved without further delay, as customers should not have to chase after their shipments like this.
