Shortmax Won’t Let Me Cancel Weekly Subscription

About two months ago, I purchased a weekly subscription in the Shortmax app on my Android device. A weekly charge of 442.76 TL continues to be deducted from my account, but no matter how many times I try or even delete the app, I cannot cancel the subscription.

I have also submitted cancellation and complaint requests through the Google Play Store, but I have not received any response so far. Because the subscription is still active, the charges continue every week, and this situation is very upsetting.

I request that my Shortmax subscription be canceled immediately and that no further charges be made to my account.
