UPS Turkey Can't Make the Delivery Because They Don't Have a Car

Hello, I purchased a bookshelf from the 'Analytic Furniture' company through Trendyol on July 17, 2023. Despite the delivery status showing as completed on July 19, 2023, my product did not arrive. After checking the tracking information, I found that the package was at the UPS Turkey branch in my city. I immediately contacted UPS Turkey to report the issue, and they assured me they would investigate and deliver the item promptly. However, when I called them again today to inquire about the product, they made a ridiculous excuse, claiming that the company had sent the item, but it didn't fit in their large vehicles, and I should either pick it up myself or request a refund. They stated that their delivery team failed to check the dimensions. Frustrated by this absurd situation, I reluctantly requested a refund for the product I've been waiting for days. It's truly tragicomic to experience such a hassle in this day and age. Despite being the ones who suffered, we, as customers, have no rights or recourse. It's embarrassing to be left out of pocket like this. I will never shop or have any dealings with UPS Turkey or any company that works with them again. They claim to be a big company, yet they can't even handle a single package delivery, and they profit from it in this market. It's truly disappointing.
