Delivery Failed by UPS in Turkey

I submitted a request to receive a package on 10/30/2023 via UPS Turkey. It was supposed to arrive on 10/31/2023 but it didn't show up. No message, call, or notice – they don't seem to care. On 11/01, they finally picked up the package, then nothing happened again. We shouldn't have to ask for the tracking code, it should be provided automatically. It states "the cargo is in delivery," but after inquiring, we discovered it hadn't even started its journey. This is shameful—lies and indifference. No one bothers to step forward and clarify the situation. My friends who transport cargo by bicycle are far more responsible than you. I strongly suggest you exit the industry soon. If you can't, at least stop making a mockery of it. I demand an explanation regarding the compensation for the damages I've incurred and what sanctions will be imposed. I'll pursue this matter at every level, lodge complaints, and even consider legal action. There should be consequences for such failures, otherwise, it seems you don't care. If you can't deliver a package from Ankara to Istanbul, don't undertake the task. Don't call and apologize in vain; your apology doesn't matter after disrupting my work.

I created a request for a package to be picked up through UPS Turkey on 30/10/2023. It was supposed to be picked up on 31/10/2023, but it wasn't. Even if you couldn't come, there was no message, no call, no notification, and they don't care. They reluctantly came on 01/11 and took the package, but then nothing again. Where is the package, did it go or not, give me a code, nothing. We have to call to learn the code and request tracking, they say "The package is out for delivery," but then we learn that the package hasn't even left yet. Not a single person feels the need to provide an explanation. I recommend you withdraw from the sector as soon as possible. Explain how my damages will be compensated and what the consequences will be. I will complain about this issue at every point and even file a lawsuit and pursue it. There should be consequences for these actions, otherwise, you don't care. If you can't deliver a package from Ankara to Istanbul, don't do this job.
