UPS Türkiye Didn’t Deliver My Package Despite Correct Address and Won’t Refund Me
I’m extremely frustrated with UPS Türkiye. I was expecting a delivery, but they never brought my package to me. Later, they claimed that my address was “incomplete.” However, I double-checked the information and can confirm the address was entered correctly.
To make matters worse, they never called me, never attempted to contact me in any way. Without notifying me, they initiated a return process, but even after several days, I still haven’t received a refund. I don’t know where my package is now, and I’ve been left in the dark.
I demand that UPS either deliver my package or immediately refund my money. This level of negligence and lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. I trusted UPS to handle my shipment professionally, but they have failed miserably. I expect a prompt resolution and a proper update on my package’s location.
