UPS tracking number has no value

UPS's freight services have repeatedly let me down. Delivery of my shipment, originally scheduled for January 13, was pushed back to January 16 due to the high volume of work, they told me. Even though they failed to deliver it on January 16th, they did so on January 17th. On the same day, I called to inquire as to why my second attempt at delivery had been wasted. Rather than apologies, they simply told me that delivery would be delayed until January 22 due to the high demand. I can't afford to take off work every time you ask, and you've already wasted two days of my time. To be a serious and accountable business, I invite you.
