Paid to Remove Omegle Ban but Got Banned Again

I was unfairly banned on my Omegle account. When I entered the site, it stated that a payment was required to remove the ban. Today, I made a payment of approximately $17 using my bank card via virtual POS, and after the payment, my ban was lifted. However, about five minutes later, my account was banned again.

As a result, I was unable to benefit from the service I paid for, and I also could not find any support channel or contact option on the website. I am requesting a refund. I ask that this transaction be reviewed and that the $17 be refunded to me as soon as possible.
