UPS Marked My Package as Delivered but Never Brought It
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with UPS. I placed an order on May 13, and UPS claimed they broke the item and never delivered it. The sender kindly arranged a replacement shipment on May 16, which was supposed to arrive by May 20.
Naturally, the second package also didn’t arrive. When I checked the tracking system, it showed the package was “delivered” on May 20—but nothing was received. I immediately contacted UPS and was told, “We couldn’t deliver it today, it will arrive tomorrow.” But May 21 came and went, and still no delivery.
Now the tracking system says there was an “incomplete address” and that “no one was at the location.” This is completely false. The delivery address is a business location open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM, staffed by at least 50 people. The excuse that “no one was there” is laughable and unacceptable.
UPS, I demand that you locate my package and deliver it immediately. Your mishandling and misinformation are unacceptable. Stop wasting customers’ time with fake status updates and excuses. Deliver my shipment now.
