UPS Lied About Delivery Attempt While I Waited 6 Hours at Home
I waited at my address for six full hours for a UPS delivery that never arrived, only to receive an SMS falsely claiming I wasn’t at home. This is completely untrue—I was there the entire time specifically to receive the package. Despite this, UPS closed the issue without offering any explanation or solution, leaving me completely frustrated and ignored.
The only tracking update I get says “will be delivered sometime tomorrow,” which is not helpful at all—I have a job and can’t keep taking time off to wait around indefinitely. I clearly explained this to UPS, but no one offered a workable delivery time or assistance.
This level of service is unacceptable. UPS, you’ve wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and failed to fulfill your commitment. I demand a proper delivery attempt at a scheduled time that works for me, or you can expect formal complaints to follow. Respect your customers’ time and provide accurate tracking and responsive support.
