I Waited Over a Week for My UPS Delivery and Still Haven’t Received It
UPS has been the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been waiting for days, and now I’m told I’ll have to wait another entire week just to receive my package. That’s a total of 13 days for a domestic delivery—are we living in the 1800s? This isn’t a shipment from overseas; it’s a standard delivery that should’ve taken a couple of days at most.
When I reached out to find out what was going on, they casually told me that deliveries to my area are only made on Thursdays. Seriously? Every other shipping company I’ve dealt with delivers within 1–3 business days. But UPS apparently operates on a once-a-week schedule. That’s completely unacceptable.
How can such a large logistics company function with this level of inefficiency? I’m tired of excuses and vague delivery windows. UPS needs to modernize its operations or at least be honest with customers upfront. I demand immediate action to get my package delivered without waiting another week. UPS should be held accountable for this ridiculous delay.
