Unauthorized Ipsos i-Say and Toluna Accounts Created Using My Personal Data

Today, I discovered that accounts were created in my name on Ipsos i-Say and Toluna without my knowledge or consent. These accounts were opened using my first and last name, phone number, and email address. I have never had any prior membership, participation, or explicit consent with either of these companies.

For this reason, I demand that all accounts created in my name within the Ipsos i-Say and Toluna systems be immediately canceled and that all of my personal data be completely deleted. I do not consent to any bank account, credit card, loan, or any other financial transaction being carried out in my name, and I have absolutely not given approval for any such actions.

I hereby state that I will pursue all necessary legal actions with official authorities for any transaction carried out without my consent. I request that an investigation be conducted regarding the unauthorized use of my personal data and that I be informed in writing of the outcome.
