Ipsos i-Say Terminated My Account After I Completed a One-Hour Survey

Hello Ipsos i-Say, I have been a member for a long time. Most recently, I completed a survey worth 2,667 points, which was a one-hour study. I set aside my time and participated in this survey for a full hour on my phone. At the end of the survey, I was clearly informed that 2,667 points would be credited to my account. However, two days after the survey ended, my membership was terminated.
I don’t know whether this was done simply to avoid awarding the points, but before this survey was sent to me, I was asked whether I wanted to participate in the study, and I have been a member of this survey platform for three years. I agreed to participate and completed the entire survey honestly. Despite this, the 2,667 points have still not been credited to my account.
If you are going to remove my membership, then at least credit the points I earned first, and only then terminate the account. I strongly condemn Ipsos i-Say for this situation. I put in a lot of effort and answered the surveys sincerely, yet in return, my membership was terminated. I am formally requesting the 2,667 points that I earned.
