Ipsos i-Say Shut Down My Accounts and Withheld My Points

My Ipsos i-Say account associated with the email address e*******@gmail.com**, which I had been using for a long time, was closed about two weeks ago on the grounds that my profile did not match the surveys. After that, my second account, registered with the email address a******@gmail.com**, was also closed recently for the same reason.
My second account had 122 points, and I have been negatively affected by the unilateral closure of both accounts. Even though I filled in my profile information accurately and consistently, my accounts were closed without providing me with any detailed explanation.
I am requesting that Ipsos i-Say reactivate both of my accounts, e*******@gmail.com** and a******@gmail.com**, and that the inconvenience and loss I experienced be resolved.
