I ordered a product for a special occasion and made sure the delivery time was reasonable. The estimated delivery date shared by UPS clearly showed the item would arrive on time. But now, due to the courier’s delay, I will receive my package three full days late—after the occasion has passed.
What is the point of stating a delivery date if you’re not going to follow through with it? You mislead customers with false timelines and create unnecessary stress, especially when the item holds personal or emotional value. This isn’t just about logistics—it’s about trust and professionalism.
UPS, you play with people’s expectations and fail to deliver on your commitments. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen a lack of accountability from courier services, but it’s incredibly disappointing to experience it firsthand. If you cannot keep your word, don’t provide false delivery dates. I expect better communication, transparency, and a refund or some form of compensation for this completely avoidable inconvenience. Please do your job properly.
