On October 12, 2025, my shipment with tracking number 1ZA294D26800136727 has been missing since Wednesday, October 8, 2025. I contacted UPS customer service, and they told me I would be informed soon. However, it has been four days, and I still haven’t received any update.

This shipment was supposed to be urgently delivered to an address in Kayseri, and the uncertainty throughout this process has caused serious inconvenience. I urgently request that my missing package be located and delivered as soon as possible. From a company like UPS, I expect a faster and more transparent resolution to this issue.
