UPS Marked My Address as Incomplete After Failing Two Delivery Attempts
I had an extremely frustrating experience with UPS Türkiye and their Yenimahalle distribution branch. On June 11, 2025, they claimed they came to my address and couldn’t deliver because no one was home. That’s simply not true—I was available and waiting for the delivery all day. Without any actual attempt or call, they closed the delivery status as “recipient not home.”
The next business day, June 12, they tried again, but instead of delivering my package, they drove it around all day and updated the tracking status at 6:00 PM with “incomplete address.” That’s unacceptable. My address was accurate and complete from the beginning, yet they shifted the blame to me after failing to deliver on time.
This clearly shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. I expect UPS Türkiye and its management to take this complaint seriously and investigate the Yenimahalle branch’s poor service. Someone must be held responsible for this mess. I demand proper follow-up, a prompt delivery of my package, and a formal apology for this entirely avoidable situation.
