UPS Courier Problem - Package Not Delivered At Home!

On October 25, 2025, at 11:28 a.m., my package, which was supposed to be delivered by UPS Turkey, was not delivered even though I was at home and opened the door immediately after hearing the doorbell. The courier rang the bell once and left without waiting at all. The delivery was not completed. My phone rang only once, and although I called back within about 15 seconds, the courier said they had already left and could not make the delivery. This clearly shows that the delivery was arbitrarily canceled without giving me any opportunity to receive it. Moreover, since it was the weekend, I could not reach customer service or get any assistance. I was informed that the package would be delivered two days later, but I request that it be redistributed and delivered today. I am also officially filing a complaint with UPS regarding the courier’s behavior. Such disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I expect an urgent explanation and resolution, and I request that the necessary action be taken.
