I Still Haven’t Received My Stradivarius Order After 19 Days Due to UPS Delivery Failure

I placed an order from Stradivarius on July 4, and today is July 23—yet I still haven’t received my package. Neither Stradivarius nor UPS Turkey is taking responsibility for the delay. When I contacted UPS to get an update, I was shocked by their response. They claimed they attempted delivery at 10:00 PM and couldn't find me. Who delivers packages that late at night?

When I asked when they would try again, they told me it might be a week later, as if mocking me. This is not just a delay—it’s a complete failure of logistics and communication. My package has been in limbo for nearly three weeks, and both companies are brushing it off.

I demand that Stradivarius and UPS resolve this immediately and ensure my order is delivered without any more excuses. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially for international brands claiming to offer reliable service.
