Unauthorized Melab.io Subscription Charges Continue on My Bank Card

I am submitting this complaint because Melab.io has been charging my bank card for a paid subscription without my knowledge or consent. I do not actively use the service, yet recurring charges have started appearing on my card.

The first unauthorized charge occurred on May 7, 2026, in the amount of $0.99. Additional charges of $9.99 each were then processed on May 11, 2026. To date, a total of $10.98 has been withdrawn from my bank card without my authorization.

One of the most frustrating aspects of this situation is that I cannot find a clear or accessible option on Melab.io to cancel the subscription. I do not know when, how, or under what circumstances this subscription was supposedly activated. As a result, I have no way to manage or terminate the service myself.

I believe the subscription may be associated with the email address v****************@gmail.com. I have attempted to contact Melab.io’s support team using that email address to resolve the issue and request assistance, but I have not received any response. Because there is no visible cancellation mechanism available through my account or the website, I am also unable to prevent future charges from occurring.

I would like to clearly state that I never knowingly approved this subscription, I do not use the service, and the charges were processed without my consent. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscriptions associated with my account, the permanent suspension of any future charges to my bank card, and a full refund of the $10.98 that has already been charged. I also request written confirmation that the subscription has been canceled and that no further billing attempts will be made.
