MyIQ Withdrew $30 Without Permission

On 26.01.2026 I made a $1 payment via an Instagram advertisement that directed me to the MyIQ website in order to see my IQ test result. After this transaction, without any additional information or approval, a $30 subscription fee was charged to my card ending with 4088 on 02.02.2026 at 14:23. I did not receive any e‑mail, SMS, contract, invoice link or explicit membership confirmation regarding this subscription from MyIQ. I only intended to make a one‑time small payment to view the test result, and I was not clearly informed that a paid subscription would be started or that the fee would be charged. I have contacted MyIQ by e‑mail about this unauthorized subscription and requested that the transaction be cancelled. I request that money be urgently refunded to my card and that my subscription be cancelled so that no further charges are made.
