Never Got My Uber Eats Order but Can't Get My Money Back
On June 5, 2026, at 7:44 PM, I placed a food order through Uber Eats. One of the items was never delivered, and I have been unable to get a refund for it. My order number is 11295085464.
Despite the item never arriving, I contacted live support through the app five separate times and called the support line once — and not a single one of those interactions resulted in my issue being resolved or a refund being issued. Being charged for an item that was never delivered is not only genuinely harmful but seriously undermines trust in the platform.
I am requesting a full refund of the amount I was charged for this undelivered order, and I ask that it be processed as soon as possible.
