Uber Eats Canceled My Order After an Hour Because of a "Location Mismatch"

On June 6, 2026, at around 4:50 PM, I placed order #11297509370 through Uber Eats via Trendyol GO for delivery to my address in Selimbey Neighborhood, İpekyolu, Van. Despite my address being correct, my order was not delivered after waiting approximately one hour.
When I spoke with the courier, I was told that my location on the map did not match my physical address and that they were therefore unable to deliver the order. Even though my address is clear, straightforward, and easy to find, my order was canceled on these grounds and I was left without my food.
I do not accept the cancellation of my order under the pretext of a "location mismatch." I am requesting that my order be delivered without any further issues, that the harm caused to me be remedied, and that Uber Eats investigate this type of arbitrary cancellation and follow up with me directly.
