However, when I contacted the airline, they stated that any refund should be processed by the ticket seller, which is Turna.com.
Turna.com refuses to provide a refund, claiming the policy was mentioned in the "Important Notes." This lack of coordination between the airline and Turna.com has left me frustrated and financially inconvenienced. I expect Turna.com to take responsibility and process my refund immediately. If no resolution is provided, I will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities.
