Turna.com Delaying My Refund for Canceled Transavia Flight

I purchased a flight ticket through Turna.com with a foreign airline, but the flight was canceled. The airline informed me that since the ticket was booked via an agency, the refund process must go through Turna.com. For the past 5 months, I’ve been caught in a frustrating loop: Turna claims they are waiting for the airline’s response, while the airline says they need Turna to contact them directly.
I’ve repeatedly contacted both parties, yet no progress has been made. This endless back-and-forth has become unbearable. Turna has the ability to resolve this issue but keeps delaying the process unnecessarily. I even requested a refund of the portion paid using Turna points, but that was also denied. Why must I resort to legal action for such a simple issue? This could be resolved easily without additional costs, yet I’m left with no choice but to consider filing lawsuits in both Germany and Turkey. I demand Turna.com act immediately to resolve this and issue my refund.
