Mytrip Denied Cancellation for Istanbul-Niš Round-Trip Ticket

I purchased a round-trip ticket from Istanbul to Niš. Within just six hours of booking, I attempted to cancel the ticket but was informed that this was not possible. I also requested other options such as deferring the ticket or transferring it, but these were also denied, with the airline citing their policy.

I am now requesting a review of this situation. Despite offering to accept a partial refund, I was told that no refund or adjustment would be processed. I am being treated unfairly, especially considering that the flight is still over 20 days away. If this issue is not resolved or if I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate the complaint to higher authorities.
