Yesterday, I purchased a plane ticket from Turna.com. Although the payment was successfully deducted from my card, my ticket was not confirmed. Instead, I was asked to pay additional charges to finalize the booking. I cannot understand this kind of service. You take payment for the ticket at the advertised price and then claim there is an issue, demanding extra money.
This is highly misleading and unacceptable. I request that my ticket be canceled immediately, and the full amount be refunded to my account without delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to Consumer Rights authorities. Please address this matter urgently.
