Turna.com Flight Ticket Not Received After Payment Confirmation

On 9 June 2026 at 13:13 (Azerbaijan time), I purchased a round-trip flight ticket via turna.com for the Baku–Moscow and Moscow–Baku route. The departure flight is scheduled for 16 June 2026 at 08:50 and the return flight for 23 June 2026 at 01:00. However, despite the time that has passed, I have still not received my ticket, and no confirmation e-mail has been sent to me. As of now, it is 19:32 and I have been waiting for hours without any ticket information. I called the official phone number of turna.com and also wrote via WhatsApp. I did not receive any clear response to my problem, and when I wrote my question and problem on WhatsApp, I received automatic Arabic replies that did not address my situation, and the same responses were repeatedly sent. I expect turna.com to urgently send me the ticket I purchased or clearly inform me whether the ticket has actually been issued. If the ticket has not been issued, I request that my payment be promptly refunded. I want this issue to be resolved quickly, as my travel date is approaching and the current uncertainty is creating serious concern.
