Turna.com Complaint For Full Refund – Ticket No. 2293002847372

I am writing to raise a formal complaint about my flight ticket booked through Turna.com, with booking reference 8LWXBF, and to request the support of the relevant Turkish authorities in resolving this matter, as I am in a very difficult financial situation and urgently need my money back. I purchased a ticket with a total value of 979 SAR, which included two flight segments. The return flight from Cairo to Jeddah with Kuwait Airways, scheduled for 27 March 2026 and valued at 550 SAR, was canceled by the airline two days before departure due to the war situation. Kuwait Airways informed me by message that the flight was canceled and that, since my booking was made through Turna.com, I should contact Turna.com to receive my refund. They also confirmed that I am entitled to a full refund of the 550 SAR amount for this canceled segment. Following this, I contacted Turna.com and they initially confirmed that I would receive a full refund for the canceled return flight. However, despite this clear confirmation and the fact that the cancellation was made by the airline and not by me, I have not received any refund to date. I have been following up for more than a month, sending many complaints and emails, but the responses from Turna.com have been very poor, unclear, and unhelpful. In many cases, my emails were not answered at all, and instead of processing the confirmed refund, they repeatedly canceled my refund requests and asked me to submit new refund requests. No concrete action has been taken. I am currently based in Saudi Arabia, and my correct contact number is 00966502960154, yet no one from Turna.com has contacted me directly regarding this issue. I am repeating my complaint once again and asking for an urgent, clear response and the prompt processing of my refund for the 550 SAR related to the canceled Cairo–Jeddah flight on 27 March 2026. This situation is unfair and unacceptable, especially considering that the cancellation was entirely outside my control and that both the airline and Turna.com indicated that I am entitled to a full refund. I respectfully state that I am in financial difficulty and truly need this money as soon as possible. I kindly request that the competent Turkish authorities review this case, ensure that Turna.com fulfills its responsibilities, and help me receive my rightful refund without any further delay.
