I purchased return flight tickets between Dammam and Cairo through Turna for travel between 2 March and 21 March 2026, with the flights operated by Etihad and Egyptair under the booking references 7B9RIA and 7B7KPI. These flights were cancelled by the airlines, after which I requested a refund through Turna. Although the cancellation was not initiated by me and the tickets have been in refund status for more than three weeks, I have still not received any refund or a clear update. I have tried many times to reach Turna via email, phone calls and live chat, but I have not received any concrete response or explanation about the status or timing of my refund. I request that the full amount I paid for these cancelled tickets be refunded to my original payment method without any further delay and that I be provided with a clear and definite timeline for this refund process, as the current uncertainty and lack of communication are unacceptable.
