On February 25, 2026, I purchased a round-trip Etihad Airways ticket through Turna for the Dammam–Seoul–Dammam route. The departure flight was scheduled for March 2, 2026, and the return flight for March 4, 2026 (Ticket No: 6075017061213, PNR: 9ZU9N5). The total amount paid for this ticket was SAR 3,429.09.
On March 1, 2026, the flight was canceled by Etihad Airways. On March 6, 2026, Turna informed me that the ticket had been canceled and that the refund would be processed shortly. However, despite this assurance and the significant time that has passed, I have still not received my refund.
I have sent multiple emails to Turna and followed up several times, but I have neither received my money nor been provided with a satisfactory explanation or solution. This situation has caused both financial and practical inconvenience, as I have been waiting for a refund that was promised but never completed.
I respectfully request that Turna immediately process the full refund of SAR 3,429.09 to my original payment method without any further delay. I also request a clear written explanation for the prolonged delay and lack of resolution.
