I made a reservation for Baku for the dates June 11–18, 2026, and later canceled it, requesting a refund. On March 1, I was informed that the refund had been processed, and I was provided with a reference (ARN) number.
However, after contacting my bank, I was clearly told that the provided reference number was only used for an inquiry and that no actual refund had been processed. Despite contacting the company multiple times, no clear solution has been provided, and I have repeatedly been told that the refund was completed, which has only delayed the process.
Bank officials have explicitly confirmed that no funds have been credited to my account and that only an inquiry was made. I have been experiencing inconvenience for approximately one month due to this issue.
I request that my refund be processed immediately and that the process be explained with concrete, verifiable documentation.
