Skyscanner Turna.com Charged Me for Tickets, Then Demanded Extra Fees

On January 13, 2025, I purchased tickets for three people via Skyscanner through Turna.com, and the payment was successfully processed from my card. However, just two minutes later, I received a call from Turna.com claiming the ticket prices had changed and demanding an additional fee of over ₺6000.

When I refused to pay the extra amount, they canceled my tickets. Now, I am left without my tickets and without my money. To make matters worse, when I rechecked the ticket prices on Skyscanner, there were no changes to the listed fares.

It’s evident that this tactic is being used to exploit customers, as I’ve read similar complaints from others. I demand a full refund and an explanation for this misleading practice. Skyscanner and Turna.com must take accountability and stop such unfair treatment of users!
