Turna.com Refuses Refund for Canceled Transavia France Flight

I booked a flight from Antalya to France on March 31, 2025, through Turna.com. However, Transavia France canceled the flight, and when I contacted the airline, they directed me to Turna.com for a refund. Unfortunately, Turna refuses to process my refund despite the fact that the flight is no longer happening.
I have emailed multiple times, but they keep rejecting my request. At this point, it feels like they are trying to take money for a flight that doesn’t even exist. This is completely unacceptable.
I demand an immediate refund. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will take further action. Turna.com should not be allowed to hold on to money for a service they failed to provide.
