Turna.com Delaying My Refund for Canceled Transavia Flight


Hello, I had purchased a discounted flight ticket for my spouse through Turna.com. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled due to a reported engine failure, and the aircraft never arrived in the country I’m currently in.
I immediately contacted Turna.com to explain the situation and request a refund. At first, their responses were quick and friendly. But as soon as I brought up the issue of the flight cancellation and asked for my money back, their communication slowed down dramatically.
It’s now been over two months, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve followed up several times, but the delay continues with no clear explanation or resolution.
Turna.com, this is unacceptable. The cancellation was not my fault, and your lack of response feels like you’re intentionally avoiding the issue. I demand that my refund be processed immediately. Stop making customers chase after their own money for services they never received.
