Turna.com Flight Booking Failed but $814 Charged — Refund Not Issued

On March 9, 2026, I purchased a flight ticket through the website موقع تورنا for travel from Jazan, Saudi Arabia to Cairo, Egypt. However, the booking process did not complete successfully, even though the full amount of approximately $814 was deducted from my account.
To date, the amount has not been refunded, and I have not received any proper response or follow-up from the company regarding this failed booking and the deducted funds.
I am requesting a full refund of approximately $814 that was charged to my account for this incomplete reservation, and I ask that this be processed as soon as possible.
