Air Arabia Cancelled Flight Refund Not Received

I had a flight booked with Air Arabia from Tabuk to Hyderabad on 12 March under the booking reference 6KGYOJ. The airline cancelled this flight themselves, but I have still not received my refund. The ticket was purchased by card for a total amount of 1,228.20, and since the cancellation I have tried many times to contact Air Arabia customer service by phone, but my calls were not answered and I could not reach anyone to help me. I request that the full ticket amount of 1,228.20 be refunded to my card without any further delay, and that I be informed clearly about the status and date of this refund.
