Paid for Air Arabia Tickets on Turna.com but Received No Booking
On 24/07/2026 I purchased Air Arabia flight tickets through Turna.com for a flight scheduled on 26/07/2026, and the amount of 6,834.50 SAR was charged to my card, as can be seen in the attached bank transaction confirmation. Despite the payment being taken, no tickets or booking confirmation have been sent to me. I contacted Turna via email and a complaint was opened, but I have not received any response so far and my problem remains unresolved. I request that the full amount of 6,834.50 SAR deducted from my card for this unsuccessful purchase be refunded to me as soon as possible.
