Air Arabia Still Hasn't Refunded My Canceled Flight

I purchased an Air Arabia ticket for a round-trip itinerary with departure from Istanbul to Sharjah on May 8, 2026, and return from Sharjah to Istanbul on May 14, 2026. My reservation number is 6WVMPV, and my e-ticket number is 5142*******73. I paid for the ticket using my QNB Finansbank credit card.

Due to unexpected family circumstances, I had to cancel my trip. When I contacted Air Arabia customer service, I was instructed to cancel the booking through the airline's website. Following those instructions, I logged into the Air Arabia website on April 20, 2026, entered my reservation number, canceled the booking, and submitted a refund request to my original payment method. Shortly afterward, I received a PDF confirmation by email stating that my booking had been successfully canceled.

Despite the cancellation being completed well before the scheduled departure date, a considerable amount of time has passed and no refund has been credited to my QNB Finansbank credit card. The lack of communication and the lengthy delay have caused significant frustration and inconvenience.

I request that Air Arabia process the refund to my original credit card without any further delay. If any cancellation fees or deductions apply, I ask that they be clearly itemized and explained so I can understand exactly how the final refund amount was calculated.
