Turna Refund Delayed After Cancelled Return Flight Segment

I purchased a flight ticket through Turna for the Gazan–Cairo outbound flight and the Cairo–Gazan return flight on 25/08/2026. Later, I was informed that the return segment of my ticket had been cancelled and that the amount would be refunded, but until now I have not received any refund. The return flight was cancelled on 05/06/2026 with the explanation that the amount would be sent back to my bank account. When I contacted Turna customer service about the delay, I was told that there was an error regarding the refund to my bank account with error code 63 and that I should contact my bank. I then contacted the bank and was clearly informed that there was no issue on the bank’s side and no incoming refund transaction was blocked or rejected. Despite this, the amount of 930 has still not been refunded to me. I facing an unjustified delay although the ticket was cancelled by the service side and not by me. I request an immediate refund of the 930 related to the cancelled return segment of my Gazan–Cairo–Gazan ticket, and I ask that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
