Turkish Airlines Unsettling Compensation Issue

I simply cannot believe that my compensation of one hundred euros was handled in the manner that it was. Let's say I reluctantly agreed to it, but there's still been no response regarding the refund of the issued check that was communicated to me on the 19th of June. Let's say this scenario plays out. I have not been given even a single update! Both the fact that the payment was taken in euros or the equivalent amount in Turkish lira based on the exchange rate at the time, as well as the ongoing delay in the refund, are both issues that I intend to bring up with the General Directorate of Civil Aviation in my upcoming complaint.
