Parimatch Blocking Withdrawals and Holding Account Balance for Days

I have been using the Parimatch website and for the last 3 days my account has been blocked from making withdrawals. There is currently 100,800 in my balance that I am unable to withdraw, and I have not been given any reason for this blockage. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but they have not responded to my messages at all. My money is stuck in the account and I cannot access it, which is causing me serious concern. I request that my withdrawal block be removed as soon as possible and that my full balance of 100,800 be paid to me without further delay, or that I am clearly informed of the reason and provided with a fair solution.
