Turkish Airlines Didn't Process the Refund Request
During a flight, there was a 13-hour delay, and since THY did not provide the necessary compensation, I filed a complaint with the Civil Aviation Authority. The case was resolved in my favor, and I was awarded a compensation of €100.
Following the decision by the Civil Aviation Authority, THY sent a gift voucher on the same day, and there was a link in the same email for the refund to be credited to my account. I applied through that link on August 29th, but after 20 days without a response, I reapplied on September 17th, thinking the form might not have been submitted. There has been no response to either application.
Unfortunately, a major Turkish company is refusing to pay ₺3000.
